AIReelVideo Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
1. Definitions
Provider — AIReelVideo, Polish VAT ID (NIP): 6372199254, contact:
contact@aireelvideo.com.
User — any natural or legal person using the Service.
Service — AIReelVideo platform available at aireelvideo.com, enabling AI-driven video, script, and content generation.
Tokens — prepaid billing units that authorize operations (e.g. generating a video).
Account — User's individual access to the Service.
Generated Content — videos, scripts, images produced by the Service from User's prompts.
2. Scope of the Service
The Service offers AI-driven video and script generation (Sora 2, Veo 3, Gemini, Flux 2), avatar creation, content scheduling, and a management dashboard. It is offered on a prepaid token basis and/or subscription. Current pricing is shown in the pricing panel and applies at the time of purchase.
3. Technical requirements and contract formation
You need an internet-connected device, a JavaScript-capable browser, and a valid email address. The contract is concluded once you register an Account and confirm your email. The contract is for an indefinite term and may be terminated by either party.
4. Payments and tokens
Tokens are purchased via Stripe and credited to your Account balance. Pricing applies at the time of purchase.
Tokens are a prepaid digital service. Used tokens are non-refundable.
Unused tokens can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no token from that batch has been used (per Polish Consumer Rights Act Art. 38(13) — once digital performance begins with your consent, you lose the right to withdraw to that extent).
If a generation fails due to a provider-side fault, tokens are automatically refunded to your balance.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You must not generate: (a) deepfakes of real people without their consent, (b) CSAM, (c) unlawful content, (d) election disinformation, (e) hate speech, (f) content used for fraud or phishing, (g) content infringing third-party copyright.
You warrant that you hold the rights to any images, voices, or materials uploaded for avatar generation.
AUP violations result in immediate termination without refund of unused tokens and may be reported to authorities.
6. Intellectual property
You may use Generated Content commercially to the extent permitted by law. Under Polish law, AI-generated outputs may not benefit from full copyright protection — the Provider makes no guarantee of exclusivity.
The AIReelVideo platform (code, design, branding) remains the Provider's property. Third-party AI models (Google, Kie.ai, fal.ai) are subject to their own licenses.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee any particular artistic quality of AI outputs or 100% availability.
The Provider is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. The Provider's liability is capped at the value of tokens you purchased in the last 6 months.
These limitations do not exclude mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.
8. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to
contact@aireelvideo.com with a description of the issue and Account details. We respond within 14 days. Absence of a response within this period is treated as acceptance of the complaint.
9. Consumer right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion, without giving a reason, by sending an email to contact@aireelvideo.com.
Digital performance starting before 14 days: by using your first tokens, you consent to performance starting before the 14-day window and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw to the extent already performed. Unused tokens remain refundable.
10. Termination
You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in /account. The Provider may terminate with 14 days' notice, or immediately upon an AUP violation.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms for valid reasons (law changes, scope changes, security). We will notify you by email and in-app at least 14 days before changes take effect. Non-acceptance results in termination.
12. Out-of-court dispute resolution
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Polish law. Disputes with non-consumer Users are subject to the court competent for the Provider's seat. Consumer disputes follow statutory jurisdiction rules.
